You should do it based on what you think each person deserves. If nothing stands out in your mind or you feel no preferences then give equal bonuses.

I would divide up the bonuses equally. All have worked a similar amount of time.
Take a look at the wages, if all are making approximately the same amount of wages, I would again divide up the bonuses equally.
If anyone is earning considerably less, or more, than the others, you may want to consider adjusting their bonuses down or up a little from the average.
This is a good problem to have. Your company is making so much, you have to figure out what to do with it.

Our Christmas present is presented in a Christmas card. each 12 months. My boss who's a Jehovah Witness, in basic terms renames it to a end of the 12 months bonus and accepts it, regardless of it coming in a happy holidays card. One time we had gained a Halloween gown up contest, which they did no longer take part in. yet, while the money we gained replaced into surpassed out, yet another Jehovah Witness asked it replaced into holiday money. That if it have been, he ought to no longer settle for it, yet...if it replaced into spoke of as end of the 12 months bonus money, he ought to. The boss reported it somewhat is however you go with for it to be. He then ordinary the money. i could say there are 2 much less of the one hundred forty four,000 going to the super domicile.

Hi-- I'd give everybody the same base bonus, and then I'd add a sum that would equal their number of years working for the company.... such as $100 year bonus + $20 (for 20 years)-- something like that!
God bless you in your fairness and generosity!

Things like this can be hard, based on the information you gave I would make it equal. If it was going to be different say based on ranking within the company you would want to create that scale and let them know after this holiday.

I'd go with how long they've been employed, like every other business does.
