Is It my imagination or has this once top ten company to work for become an absolute nightmare to work for??? There is a witch hunt for the top of the range paid employees. If you dont cross your ts or dot your Is they make you sign a slap on the wrist form. While building a bad person file on you, they suddenly tell us to remove our personal locks and use only thier locks?????By the way this is a non union company. For the last year or so I have seen a lot of good, hardworking 10 years or more get fired and replaced by a much less paid employee????Advice to all, dont work for Fedex,If you have 10 years or more (watch your back) The witch hunt is on..Fred Smith is out to get you!!!!

I've been thinking for awhile of moving myself and my small remodeling business to either fla, or louisianna, but wasn't sure where the most work would be. I've lived in fla before for 6 yrs. I've never been to louisianna. I also want to work and grow my business into a big construction company, not party and end up like Jimmy Buffet (not saying that is bad now) I'm not a fly by night-storm victim chaser. I take pride in my work, I am good at it, I have a high standard for quality, and I love what I do. I know I offer the lowest price for professional services wherever I go. The winter in the north kills me, I have no support outside what I can create w/ my business. It's feast to famine. I hve 2 yrs of referances in this area, I have a small clientel here. But people whine and cry about prices and shady contractors. I want to do work for people who are serious about fixing their homes, and people who know if their home cost alot to build, it costs alot to repair.

I know this is "top secret" ;), but please share what's the currency you are now investing in.
I bet on the NZD/USD, and just gladly discovered that NZD has the highest trend the past month against USD :) ...
On the other hand I bought CHF/JPY and now I have very hard time and not so good feelings about CHF/JPY going over 0.92...what in fact I need.

Thanks!

My father and I purchased a home recently. We decided to go 50-50 on everything... down payment, monthly payment etc. However, we thought it might be smarter to take the loan out under his name to get a better rate. I have great credit and didnt apply for the loan with him because I was in between jobs. Both of our names are on the title but only his is on the loan. Is it possible for me to be added to the loan so I can share the tax benefits if any?

I'm trying to figure out how the tax benefits are computed when I make tax-deductible donations for charity. If I donate $1000 for charity, does it come out of the amount I would have been taxed anyhow? Or do I pay $200 out of pocket and the remaining comes out of Uncle Sam?

I am a stay at home mom. My husband works. We have two small children and TONS of baby and toddler clothes in perfect condition that they have grown out of. I buy stuff on ebay all the time, does anyone actually make good money selling baby clothes or other items? Do you do better listing them as a lot or seperates? Is it better to start the bid at 0.99?

Okay, I've got a power bill from Hell to take care of (413.04) and my fiancee doesn't have a job and can't stop blowing every damn penny he gets, so it's up to me to fix things. We live in a small town---very small, like Deliverance small, and I can't get a job here that well without a college education. We've tried going to Social Services for help with the bill, but it's in my dad's name and I haven't seen him in a couple of years now--we just pay it in his name because getting in with the power company is like joining a cult (you have to know someone who's getting their power from them and have them sign then pay a copayment and all that rediculous jazz). Family isn't helping. My mom is a psychopath who can't even take care of her own family and my grandparents have their own financial problems. I'm only 19 and I've tried almost everything but getting a loan. I'm afraid of them because of the crazy interest rates and the credit thing. I need help-badly. It's like...entropy...

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) administers the subsidized housing programs in most states. Someone I know was rejected due to "unsatisfactory criminal history check" among other reasons. Does the HUD subsidized housing program ban felons currently on supervision (HUD)? If yes, PLEASE, if you have it, include a cite(s) to the statute, reg, admin rule or case law. Thanks in advance! (I was an attorney for 18 years, and certainly understand citations and legal terms - I just never studied or practiced in this area)
