Companies like reliance, wall mart and TATAs are all set to bring full featured retail outlets in India .. good thing as a service but are we ready??? Well, Countries like USA or UK or Arabs are so strong economically that they hire people to work for them but in India we have unemployment and illetracy in first place how can we give someone permission to kill all the local shops in one blow!!! and make our poor country more poor its like Bigger fish eating the smaller ones !!! I wonder if there one retail mall fails to kill earnings of 500 local shops in various categories of your town... u may be one of them !!! think how wdverse this may be... a chain of malls in thousands over india having stocks which cant be thought of and so price of purchase can be so low that their selling price may also be as low... true the customers will benifit but where will we earn from ???? where is secured economy as in teh time of Indira Gandhi... is this Globalisation?? My fiance and I just bought a home this Aug 2006 and start payment right away.
$1350/month including interest, property tax.
My fiance gets even year to year from tax return. ( I mean everytime he files or claim a tax its either he gets only $50-75 bucks or owes.
I would say he mostly dont get nothing every year.
I get $800-1000 every year
Now that we bought own this home and he makes more money than I do, Who will better benefits to claim it? (Mind this, it really doesn't matter who gets the money as we both share this returns)
I just want to know the better benefits?
We both files single as we are not married yet.

There are several reasons for wanting to move:
1)mangment- these are some of the most horrible people I have ever ahd to deal with. they treat me like a child, are very rude, and simply do not care about my needs.
2)my roof leaked- during a rainstorm the entire corner of my room began dripping with water. they waited a over a week for it to be fixed, only doing something when I came into the office demanding it be fixed immidiatly.
3) no pets. I live by myself, its lonely. I would love to adopt a dog, or even have a bird...a hampster? but NO PETS....
4)At night I have to sleep with a humidifier becuase I can here the tenent upstialrs trounce around and watch tv.
Now: Once I spoke to the office about moving out and breaking lease they said I could do so if I paid the remainder of the lease, or found someone else. However everyperson I have offered to take over my lease is, they have found ways to reject them. I don't know what to do. I have to get out of there...I'm going nuts!

I have wanted to be a trucker since 1999. I just never had a chance to do it.
Im 26 now, near six feet tall, and I feel like a loser as I am a stay home mom right now who depends on a man for total income.
He is not supportive of this, but I want to do it.
the course is 5000, and I could get the money from my dad, I dont know what to do.
My bf makes over 100,000 a year, I would like to make my own money too doing something I like and not working at a **** job.
