Well, i still owe some phone bill money it's been almost like 4 years. My state SOL is almost up in a couple months. They haven't sued me so I'm ok for now. I don't need my credit for anything for the next 3 years. I want to just wait until it get clear from my credit report after 7 years. What will happen to my score right after 7 years when the collection account is off from my report. Do I have to rebuild my credit again? or I will have 750 score after 7 years? thanks

I currently rent in San Diego, CA and I am thinking about moving. Without just driving all over California, how can I find out about areas, rental prices, housing prices, etc? Especially if I don't know the names of the areas - Say, I am interested in moving north east of San Diego? Or, do I just have to go and look on a map and do a search for each and every city? Isn't there a mega real estate web site that lists things for all of CA? Thanks!

i need help on playing the stock market, these are my questions..
what's the smallest amount i should put on stock?
how should i even set up my account with fidelity?
if i loose money, that's more than what i have, how do i pay for it?
once a profit is made, do i take some of the money out for safe keeping and continue to trade?
does someone from fidelity choose your stock and do i get the full percent of my profit?
there's nasdaq and other stocks, are those certain branches that hold different stocks?
