How and where do you get training and certification for sleep tech. job?

I am thinking about starting a business of sleep lab in Houston/ San Antonio areas and wondering how you can get sleep lab technician's license. I have lines up some Pulmonary doctors with Sleep medicine Registration who can read sleep studies.
