He started the job in September at a bank and doesn't have sick leave yet. But I really can't imagine that they couldn't work something out so that he could be at home helping me (who is sick) and my 3 sick kids. Is there some sort of law about this sort of thing?

Just had a bad divorce settlement (he could afford a good solicitor) so the money I have needs to be invested for my pension/old age. Any hints on how to go about it and what to look out for or is it better to just put it into a savings account? I cant afford anything above £150,000 and I dont have technical d-i-y skills...

I live in Wisconsin and I'm 15. I close on the weekends, which is like from 5-10 pm. Is that legal? I read somewhere that people 14-15 cant work before 7am and after 7pm from labor day to june 1?

i dont have any friends there, everyone just seems to hate me
they always make me work on the weekends, and close, which im not sure im even supposed to be closing, im only 15. i hardly need that job anymore, and i really hate it there..i mean i almost cry everyday when i go...i hate it, should i quit?!

I am an employee is my employer is 50 miles away from home in California. I work from home at least 3 days a week and have to commute 2-3 days a week to work, 50 miles each way.

What tax deductions available to me?
Can I deduct home-office, if so how much?
Can I deduct gas/car/milage, if so how much?

Please note, I am not self-employed but a regular employee.
