You don't need a resume title, unless it's on the Internet for people to find. Your name, address and contact information should be at the top of your resume.

Don't take this the wrong way: I saw this report on 20/20 a while ago about resumes with names that sound Black, and yours does. Depending on the interviewer, he/she might throw your resume away, based on the sound of your name. I know, I know, it's a racist, bigoted and cowardly move, but it happens.

Example: My name is Kelly, and it makes me sound like a White woman, but I'm not, I'm a Black woman. It might be a surprise to the interviewer when they meet me, but by then, I'm in the door and the interview has begun.

I'm not saying you should change your name, or your personality, but if you have a middle name that sounds a little more corporate or mainstream, please use it. Good luck with your job search.

Resume don't need Title's. Your own name is what should tand out the most.

YOUR NAME (bold and big font at least size 18)
------------------------------------------------
address; phone (home & cell) email address (size should be about 10)

that's how i a title on my resume... they would know ur name right away.. if you can put it on the HEADER the better..

Your first and last name. That's the standard, and you probably shouldn't get to clever with it.

i have my name address & phone # on mine. they know
its a resume.
