There are different Banks and they are offering personal loans on percentage mark-ups. You can go to any of the bank of your area, show them that you are living in this area for long time. Ask them for personal loan services. They will give the complete details.

check out prosper.com make sure that if you decide that this is for you that you join a group of your interest if will help in getting your loan funded and at a better interest rate also, I have not so great credit and I got my loan there in less than 2 weeks, my monthly payment automatically come out of my checking account on the due date so I know that I will never be late on a payment! If you can't get a loan at a bank, your next option are these guys. I got a loan from them when I was in a pinch, and it worked pretty well.

depends on your circumstances n if u want secured, or unsecured, secured will be secured againsnt ur property, and u need to shop around, try the internet avoid loan sharks tho, and lenders from africa they will want collateral oe fees up front n u will neve recieve the loan gud luck
