Hello - Please help. No general information from consultants I won't e-mail you separately. I know all the pros and cons from each company. Both have great things going for each company. I really can't decide. I want to hear anyting specific about working for each company that may sway my decision.

Thank you!!

Does anybody knows anything about it? Do you think that I could have it install in my 1 bedroom apartment without letting the landlord knows about it?

Lets say for example a respectable MLM company sells juice made from a certain type of berry. And lets say 10,000 distributors can easily handle the demand for this tasty treat (that also cures cancer). Do they not see it as a problem if they sign up 20,000 or 30,000 people into this great opportunity?

Hi. Could anyone give me some figures for a cash flow forecast for a start up business with £10,000 to start with. I am having difficulties trying to come up with realistic figures for it and am unsure of the headings I require for a cash flow. Does anyone know of realistic figures that I can put in it. Thanks

Can a math wizard help me with this? If I used a credit card with a fixed APR of say 5%, would it cost me the same over the same lenght of time if i were to take out a loan with a bank for the same amount of money at the same 5% interest rate.

So lets say I take out a bank loan on a car and pay 250.00 a month for 36 months at X% interest rate,i would pay the bank $9000.

What if I used my credit card which offered the same X% interest rate for a promotional period of 36 months. I would pay the credit card $250 a month for 36 months. My question is does that pay off the loan just as the bank loan would have, or is the interest calculated different.

A relative of mine (well, ex inlaw actually) sent me a check written on their local credit union account. Small, local only, no Bank of America or anything.

There are no branches in my town and the closest one is six hours away.

I cannot use my own bank account to cash this check (overdrawn again!) and I really need this money. The check cashing places say they cannot cash 2 party checks. Does anyone know how to get this check cashed? The only think I can think of is going to a new bank and opening a new account entirely which would be a real pain.

Asking this person to send cash or paypal or a different check is not an option.

Am I missing some obvious solution here?

I'm looking at a house that costs 100k. I went to look at it and found out from the real estate agent that the owner hasn't lived there for 4 years. It was vacant for so long that the real estate agent didn't even have the right key to get into the house.

I'm thinking that due to the fact that the owner hasn't lived in the house for 4 years, I can make a real low offer, like 70k. Would this be entirely too little? This is my first time buying a house but I have obviously found one that the previous owner hasn't been able to sell. The house itself is moderately nice but is centered in an area where very nice houses (200k+) are prominent, therefore making it the least desirable in the area.

Would I be totally out of line by offering 70k? Because this is my first time buying a home, I don't want to make any mistakes.

I mean, seriously. You ask a grocery store clerk for a pack of cigarettes, and she looks at you like you're an inconvenience.

You ask the lady at McDonald's for a package of ketchup, and she looks like she would rather wipe her rear end with sand paper than to accomodate your request...

You call one of many "customer service" lines to get help, and they put you on hold to talk to a recording for half an hour.

I would fire someone for acting like that at my company, but most of these employers don't seem to care! Why?
