business bank account in switzerland ?

if i have my own company outside swiss borders can i open a business bank account in switzerland to make and recive letter of credits through it without being taxed . if not are there any countries that allow such issues

well first of all you need MONEY and lots of it (last look was a minimum of 1 Million to even get looked at). as for your other querstion why don't you ask teh IRS I'm sure they will be happy to discuss the easy path to audit.
