If you were to spit on someone car that has a reserved spot at an Apartment complex what would be your motive? Let's say, you didn't have a reserved spot because your roomate moved into the Apt first and you ended up with the non-carport spot. Hypothetically, why would you spit on tenants who have a carport and back up your answers please. It's one of those "hypothetically" questions.

I'm moving to NYC in Feb. '07 and I'll be staying with my friend's family in the bronx until we find an apartment. Assuming we have the $$$, the paperwork, and can get approved... How long does it usually take to find a decent (I know...I know...) place to actual move in??? We're not extremly picky so finding the place shouldnt be that hard. But I dont know how many days Uncle Bronx is going to want a big U-Haul parked out front. Thanks!

I am looking to start up a payroll outsourcing company (a provider of payroll services to other businesses), and want to know what software to use.

It would need to be a robust system designed for accounts or payroll service providers.

There's this US registered company based in Clinton, Tennessee that buys and sells products/goods online. We sold them goods worth around $2500 two months ago. We have tried to contact them a number of times through phone and email but until now there has been no payment. What is the best way to get them to pay us? I am willing to spend $1000 to recover this amount.

I got fired yesterday and now I'm wondering what is next in line. I would like to go back to school, but I really need another job because I am the only one able to earn income in my home. My grandmother is retired and my mother recently had a stroke. So, what's next?

Like and idiot I co-signed for my ex-fiance's car note. Long story short the wedding never happened, and now I no longer want to be listed on the note. Is there a way to remove myself from it? Thanks.

You don't attend a meeting with the Labor Department? Technically, it's your money. They take it out of your check without your permission but when you need the money, they deny it because you didn't attend some meeting where they want to force you to work a crap job. Why can't I just collect MY MONEY in peace without someone saying you HAVE to go back to work when we say you do. It's ridiculous and absurd. Does anyone know how to fight this at all?

Comcast just took over a few months ago and is now our employer. I was wondering if they did anything for their employees at Christmas time. We haven't heard anything and was just curious.

You have to invest it - not spend it or donate it to charity.

I plan to sell my house without a lawyer to represent me. What exactly does he do in such a transaction to be worth his fee? Are there any rule or law that require one to have a lawyer, or it is just a tradtion? May be buying a house is a litle different because you are liable to a large sum of money. You collect when you sell.
