I told my teenage nephew to ask the neighbors to do jobs that they don't want to do- like wash cars, rake or mow yards. He did and earned $200.00 in five days.

I recommend against that, btw - how about a part time job? It's not very fast money, but cash is cash. Otherwise, try shoveling snow or mowing lawns or raking leaves or weeding (seasonal work) for neighbors.
A computer savvy teenager can make some good money offering lessons to elderly neighbors.
