i make (from what i am told) to die for fudge and it was suggested to me that i should try and sell it...how would i go about starting something like that? would i need a lawyer or something?

Where is the best to get t-shirts made? I know of Cafepress and Zazzle but they limit your options like image size.

My general contractor has disappeared. My consruction loan is up in four months and all he has done is the footings and foundation. It has been weeks and he will not answer his phone. If the loan end I'm sure I will have to pay penalty fees. I have a cost break down from him, is he obigated legally to follow the cost break down. Is there anything to protect me or anything I can do?

I heard Kmart is supposedly going to remodel a bunch of their stores. (according to Kmart.com) I shop there a lot and just curious to hear if anyone has been to any remodeled stores, and what do they look like compared to the old versions? I really don't think Kmart is that bad of a store...it just gets a bad rap IMO.

I did the bank of America 0% APR offer for balance transfers. I recently made my payment
but I was one day late. It was because whenever I went online their online system would
always give an error message saying currenty unavaliable when i view my balance and when I
view my balance it finally said it was overdue. Anyone ever had any luck in having Bank of
America giving back the 0% APR and possibly reversing late fees and finance charges?

I took my new ice cream truck to a new neighborhood today, everyone was siked because it's been awhile since they've had a truck come through there. Kids were happy, parents were happy, but one guy had to flag me down and tell me he pays money to the home owners assco to not have solicitors. It just doesn't seem like soliciting to me. Everyone bought from me and asked if I could come back next week. Shouldn't the hoa have to be the one's to tell me I can't come there anymore. What can I do?

I've just obtained the rights to use a little house in a touristically bustling place for business, but I can't decide what to do with it now - Cafe or B&B? What would be better? It's not for the money, I'm just looking for comfortable survival, and I'd need to run it on my own. Could do both, so chore-wise, no difficulties. But what's better, do you know?

Only "realistic" investment ideas -- mutual funds, stocks, ETFs, bonds, etc please. I'm not going to dump all of it into one high risk tech stock, but I certainly would not discount a tech mutual fund or the tech sector as a whole.

Time frame is VERY long-term -- 10, 20, 30 years from now.

Any ideas?

I'm applying for a program at a hospital but I was wondering why it asks if anyone is my family works in healthcare. I can understand if they want to know if any of my family are employed by that hospital but I guess I just don't understand. Would it look better if somone in my family were? or weren't? thanks!

I am an English citizen, and am awaiting a US Dollar payment on a job I did overseas. With the Pound so strong against the Dollar right now, I am reluctant to receive payment into my UK bank account which will automatically deposit the money in Pounds.

Can anyone recommend a way to somehow put my US Dollars on hold, or convert to another currency that is tipped to rise - is this called currency speculation? In essence, is there some way to get round, at least in part, my devalued payment in Pound Sterling?

I am wondering what the job title is for someone who screens public or client facing documents in a company. I once worked at a company and we had a lawyer who screened for legal issues and a lady with a PhD in English who screened for English grammar and spelling issues and suggested all sorts of changes to make the documents better. Does anyone know the job title for the position of the English expert.
