Yes, used to be a brokerage manager for Transamerica Occidental Life. There are several companies with the name "Transamerica", but only three (that I know of ) are insurance companies. I have the highest respect for Transamerica Occidental Life - their service to policyowners is very good and their underwriting is excellent.
