I've just obtained the rights to use a little house in a touristically bustling place for business, but I can't decide what to do with it now - Cafe or B&B? What would be better? It's not for the money, I'm just looking for comfortable survival, and I'd need to run it on my own. Could do both, so chore-wise, no difficulties. But what's better, do you know?
Thanks!

You could probably do both. Run a cafe with rooms for rent. The main business would be the cafe.

It really depends on where you are. Is there more demand for breakfast, lunch and "tea" (probably easier to do with a B&B) - or is it mostly dinner and late night? Who are the tourists? Are they young or old? How many rooms do you have and do they have private baths? Are there other business like what you're thinking of in the area? (check them out)

A bed and breakfast because you can sell whatever you want within the house at a cafe, gift shop, gallery or whatever.

the first such French call which consistently pops to my ideas is "Bon Appetit." For the different, make some play on words correct to "Baker" & "bakery." Baker's Dozen is consistently a danger; Baker's Bakery style of lilts.
