That depends upon the degree they have, the field they're working in, where they're working, and their career goals. Social work pays crap, even for a Master's Degree. A law school grad with Harvard Law Review or a Supreme Court apprenticeship under their belt could probalby demand and get almost anything.

"Average" is probably in the mid to upper 30s but that doesn't mean much. Some are much lower and some are much higher.

Salaries will vary according to your course of study and area of the country where you work. Some career fields may more than others. Technical degrees such as engineering and business degrees tend to start at higher salaries than liberal arts majors. Starting salaries will likely range from about $25-45M. Your career placement office at your college could probably better advise you as to salaries offered to graduates at your school. You could also speak with your adviser or dean of your college who could also provide some insight.

it depends where u live. califronia is the most expensive state to live in, so youd make more, the second most expensive is new york. but the average pay in claifornia is 47,000 for some one with a b.s. and the longer you work for a company the more you make, so each year you get a raise. it also depends on your experience. and the type of degree. if you work your way up, u can make alot more than 47,000.
