where can i locate combinedstateand local tax schedule?

can someone help me im looking for a tax schedule a combined state and local tax schedule the one i have only goes up to $66.61 i know there has to be one that goes atleast to $4.00.00 can someone direct me to a location.

You don't say where you are - that would make a difference.

Call your municipality - they might have one. If they don't, then maybe you could make one in Excel or something like that, and print it and laminate it.
