Check around your neighborhood. My daughter made a lot of money walking dogs.
At your age, anything you give your parents would be considered a gift of gold. The present is not the important thing, it is the giver and the joy they receive from giving.

Not sure where you live, but there are a lot of people that need help and can pay small wages for assistance like minimal cleaning jobs, yardwork, babysitting (especially during the holidays), dogwalking, etc.
Senior citizens always need assistance with little things like changing lightbulbs, dusting high spots (usually things that require step stools or ladders). During the holidays senior citizens may need help organizing their Christmas cards if they have trouble seeing or writing. They may need help decorating their home and taking their decorations down after the season. You may want to ask or advertise at your local Senior Center AND in your neighborhood.
Make sure your parents know who you are contacting and where you are going to be.
Good luck!

You could just *not* buy them anything. I mean you're only 14, they'll understand. If they are truly loving like my parents are they won't care whether or not you get them anything anyway.

assuming you live in the suburbs (which i am doing), you can do yard work for your neighborhood, babysitting is an obvious choice, you could gift wrap for people and charge an hourly rate
