I don't know how to handle this one. He lost his job and was drawing unemployment. They fired him for some bad quailty that the supervisor had changed the ticket he put on it that it was bad. They sent it that way to make a profit. Of course the company sent it back saying it was marked first quialty when in fact it was second quailty. They never wrote him up in the 5 years he was there. Now he's having to fight for 9 week penitly peroid. We have a car payment to make and insurance. He's really upset and depressed about it. I'm a caregiver for my mom so I can't go get a job. Help we're going to loose the car. Our credit is bad no way of getting a loan. We live with mom rent free cause I'm here taking care of her 27/7.

I am a gay, black man who is not afraid to hide in the closet. However, my boss is always telling me that other employees complain about me just because I'm gay and black. He says for me to "tone it down." Instead of standing by me, he gives into their dark age, religious cult, homophobic, closed-minded mentality. I was recently physically threatened by a (literally) 600 pound man, and the boss let him go with a slap on the wrist. What should I do?

He keeps on looking for my mistakes although he makes more mistakes than everyone else. All the front desk staff at the hotel i work makes mistakes. But, he search for mine only. When I questioned him, he said he is my supervisor and is none of my business asking this question. My mistakes are not repeated mistakes, But the people I am working with, do makes repeated mistakes. He is going to give me warning letter. I remember since the first day of my employment he doesn't like me. However, he was the one who hired me. He picks on me since the first day of my employment. Please tell me what should I do.

I bid on an item, was up to two months late in paying, lots of reasons not needed, had seller just cancelled bid i would have understaood, however i finally notiied her that i had send the check, and watching it, the day after the check cleared my bank, she cancelled the bid, taking money without sending the item is not legal is it? Cancelling the transaction should have been done much earlier, and before i sent the money, but once the money was sent and she didnt relist the item, she ws holiding it, so she said. ANY legal action i can initiaite? thanks.

I've been sick of my job (or more accurately: my evil passive-agressive boss) for about six months now and now I've finally decided to leave. What's the best thing to put on my resignation notice as my reason for leaving? I really could care less what goes in it and actually prefer to just not state anything.
