He keeps on looking for my mistakes although he makes more mistakes than everyone else. All the front desk staff at the hotel i work makes mistakes. But, he search for mine only. When I questioned him, he said he is my supervisor and is none of my business asking this question. My mistakes are not repeated mistakes, But the people I am working with, do makes repeated mistakes. He is going to give me warning letter. I remember since the first day of my employment he doesn't like me. However, he was the one who hired me. He picks on me since the first day of my employment. Please tell me what should I do.

go and talk to the human resource administrator and air your remarks
that person can also mediate a sit down meeting with both of you
it is important to have a record of your complaints in incas you feel you are unjustly being discriminated against
