how do I get a second job as medical doctor at home?

I'm tied down locally on the first job but i could work through computer (eg, sci research, answering medical questions..etc)

just kidding...I wish I had your dilemma...I would like to find something to do at home so I could be home with my 1 yr old but don't have the same credentials...
