There are a few. The ones I favor are

investmenthouse.com - tells you timely of upcoming splits

theminereport.com - keeps an eye on SEC filings for increases in auth shares

Both offer free newsletters to keep in the loop on changes and new split announcements. Together, they should give you all the info you need.
