I'm trying to get a job at a bank.
I have only had 1 job where I stayed a long time. All the other ones I was at maybe a month or so, some less. Will all the jobs I have had show up on the check?

Since it's a bank they are probably going to check your credit as well so your job would show up there but I am sure they will also call your past employer to verify. The bottom line with a financial institution is to make sure (to the best of their ability) that you are going to be stable, not have debt (or at least bad credit) and the bottom line that you will be less likely to steal from them. Good luck.

It depends upon the depth the company goes to in their background check. If you don't list particular jobs, they may not find them, however, if you haven't listed a job and they do discover it, you just lost the offer of a job. The best thing to do is to be honest and let them know that certain jobs weren't a fit, that you were immature but have grown up, etc. Otherwise it will be hanging there for you to worry about for a long time to come.

Yes, more then likely. The bank will also pull your credit and past employers usually show up on that too.

They might...but if they were a while ago the bank should take into account that you have grown since then. Be upfront with everything and you've nothing to worry about.
