24 years old, Christian man, worship leader, songwriter, composer, an excellent Air Traffic Controller, an associate's degree in aeronautics, 8 classes from a bachelor's degree, okay with handling personal finances but could be better, never been bankrupt, in the military, know that people that get rich got there through business ownership, and a huge desire to better my financial situation and provide a comfortable life and future for my wife and kids(currently have only one kid).

I'm currently an Air Traffic Controller in the Air Force. ATC make good money in the civilain sector, but mortgage brokers do too. ATC is good, but my earnings are limited by my salary. Mortgage brokers pretty much have the potential for high earnings depending on what they put in to it. Do you think someone like me, 24 years old with 8 classes left to finish my Bachelor's in Aeronautics, pursue a mortgage broker career. It seems challenging, and I really like the fact that it's a sales job which means I can transfer those skills into any industry. Another thing, I wanna own some businesses and real estate properties some day. My ATC salary will limit my potential to earn more capital to invest in these business ventures/ideas some day. What do ya think?

I want to create a nonprofit.
To save money and simplify,
I prefer it if the board can "meet"
via internet chat room. I also prefer it if the board can have few members. Some states require more board members or require face-to-face meetings. Which states are the best ones to incorporate in? And can I pick any state or must I (or
something) reside there (what is the residency requirement and for whom - we plan to exist distributed throughout the world via cyberspace so physical location may be largely irrelevant, at least
at first).

My car got repossed about 2 months ago. They sent me a letter saying that the car had been sold at an auction, but they remaining balance which was 9,000 was my responsibility. I dont have that kind of money, if I did I wouldnt have let my car get repossed. What can they do to get their money, I have tried to set of small payment agranments but they want large payments that I cant afford. Can they sue me for the money or try to take my home.?????
