Alot of companies do there own urine drug testing. My question is do the ddministrative staff ever get grossed out or bothered by looking at other peoples urine?

Urinalysis is virtually never done by the admin staff. Companies that do drug testing contract out the service to medical labs. Hospitals might be an exception but the testing is done by lab staff, NEVER by admin staff.

I'm not administrative staff of a company, but a probation/parole officer, and the answer is "Yes"

No, the only thing they will see is the test results.

lol no cause now its done instantly right in the cup you pee into only you and the dr see it
