Hire an attorney. If you don't the necessary legal background and knowledge you NEED the services of a competent attorney.

Although you MIGHT be able to find "canned" legal forms at stationary stores (or software packages to use on your computer) there is NO substitute for competent legal advice. When you're looking to spend tens or hundreds of thousands of $$$, a few hundred for an attorney is peanuts -- and is money well spent.

Go to a Title Insurance Company and inquire on the cost of their closing department to close a real estate deal. They can do all the paperwork you will require to close.

All Title Insurance Companies are owned by attorneys, so you will automatically have a legal closing.

They will give you a packet of forms you will need for free including the Buy/Sell Agreement. IF you run into a problem understanding the forms, then is when you need to see an attorney.

Good Luck!

You can get forms at any association of realtors in your neighbourhood. You can also get help of a realtor. Or you can go to www.fsbo.com. and download the form.
