Thank you for taking the time to read and consider my letter. As you may know, I have been notified that my employment with XXXXX has ended on November 15, 2006. I was informed that the decision was made because of violations of policy.

In my situation I believe there were a lot of mistakes made and I accept full responsibility for my actions. However, I really enjoyed and loved my job and would never put the children in harms way.

The situation with my co-worker went far beyond that day. I should have been put in a grievance, but chose to continue to ignore the behavior from my co-worker. There was a lot held in from previous experiences with him. The day his behavior was inexcusable, I let my co-worker know in a way that the children were unaware of, and did not know there were any problems outside of the game we were playing.

In the year and a half that I have been with XXX I have never violated any policy. In fact I take pride in working with the children. While at XXXX I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience and would like to continue to have a chance to do so if you allow me. I would like to apologize again for my behavior and can assure that it would never happen again.

I would like the opportunity to discuss my situation with you. Please let me know when you are available.

I need some help reguarding my job?
I am a full time nanny. I started my job about a month ago and I dont like it. The third day I knew it wasnt going to work out. 2 problems: the commute is too far and I feel very uncomfortable when I go to work. I feel like i am about to give a huge speech to a lot of peole. I am sick to my stomach all the time when I go. Before i started working for the family I had a plane ticket to go on vacation for christmas for 2 weeks. But they really needed me the 2nd week so the mom paid $300 to change my plane ticket to come back early.
What should I do? If i quit do i have to pay her the money back??? What should i do

Hi, I'm Ruth from Michigan. There's a trade center (Gibraltar Trade Center) consit of several booths with small business, wich mine is a little card/toy shop wich is a busy place. Although I have probably only 400 sq ft. This place is always packed.. I have acess to the show area, so I have a nice size area yu-gi-oh, Magic, & other tournaments. The problem is the trade center's only open 3 days a week and they just raised their rent to $1200 a month. For about $800 more(everything included) I have found a building right next to a high school and elementry school, in a plaza perfect location!! I know every kid and customer by Name and all the regulars willing to do on their behalf whatever it takes to get this open. But the fear is the down payment, and the 3 year lease. I doubt I would qualify (I haven't got good credit) for a SBA loan and NEED between 5-$10,000. I NEED Good funraising ideas. How do legally raise money so kids can have a local card shop! They're counting on me. HELP

My husband opened an LLC last year in November. He got as far as doing the state paperwork and filling for his EIN. He never went into business because he got a better opportunity with his old company. Several months ago, we got the 941 forms for reporting wages. I checked the box that the business was closed or didn't pay any wages. I can't remember what I put for the date the wages were paid. I may have left it blank because it was not applicable since wages were never paid. I got another 941 for the third quater and don't want to have to keep filling these out with zeros because no wages were paid. What should I use as the date that wages were last paid since again it is not applicable being wages were never paid? Should I use the date of incorporation? Also, my husband doesn't want to dissolve the LLC because he has it should he need it later on. Can he just keep the LLC but stay inactive as far as operating and paying wages? Does this need to go on his personal return?

I applied for a position and got an e-mail reply from the employer saying they were impressed by my C.V. and would like to invite me to attain an open interview and asked me to book a position for it. I called today but the HR person was not in her office so I emailed back to the CEO(also the one who sent me the e-mail before) aked whether or not I'd be able to call him on his convenience to book a position. I was thinking to have a word with him as well. But he just sent a copy of having some people at HR department reserving a position for me but ask me to call him.

Does that mean he wasn't so interested in hiring me? Why didn't they give me a telephone inverview before the face to face interview? Please give me some suggestions and opinions, thank you!

I have tried some links on internet. They ask for basic information and a phone number for their agent to call.

I wonder if there is any link that provides quotes via email.
