He can chase you for 100 metres but not 100 yards. If they are french onions then there are no guidelines, but if they are uk onions, then he would have to stick to very strict rules and not carry them around in pounds. He can't sell the burnt chickens if they were burnt here, but he could export them to romania and then could buy them back.

I always thought that it depends on the length of the stick in direct proportion to the weight of the chickens before they were burnt divided by the cooking time minus 3.

As for the oninon it very much depends on if it was still in its skin or if it had been peeled. If it had been peeled and halved this is far more serious and will be frowned upon.

It's 9.3 metres per chicken under current laws. As for the onion, I can't help without knowing the exact dimensions.
