I'd be a Copy Editor/Proof Reader or a writer just simply because I love language so much & its something I've always enjoyed & I'm naturally good at it.

I'd love to be a professional mountaineer.. really.... the travelling, outdoors, wilderness, isolation, danger.... and to be paid for doing something you love...
failing that.. a travel writer for Lonely Planet Guides... same sort of principle...

I would be an actuary. I would LOVE to sit in a room and do math all day. I know it sounds crazy, but I would love it. No interaction or minimal interaction with others would make me SO happy.
