Have any of u ever applied for a loan and get back a letter saying ur application has been approved- and that u need to send a brokers fee of £49 to process it??- Is this a con where they get your £50 and then dont give you a loan??? (UK)

hi,

ive got a mortage back in 1976 which was for lets say £9,000. it was for a 25 year period. to this day im still paying it and still got about another £5,000 left to pay, never missed a month payment. its been for 30 years now what should i do?

also back in 1976 when i got this mortage i got told by my bank that i'll be getting a lump sum after the 25 year period to a value of something like £20,000. any body know what i can do or any advice?

The daily chart says buy but the hourly chart says sell.yet the 30 minutes chart says buy.There is non confirmation on different time frame.So how do u take a position in such a case..

for example my broker says the mortgage company could do another credit credit when they transfer the money over to my solicitor...so if i borrowed 5% would it show up on my credit check if it was borrow pretty close to the date of exchange/completion??
or would it be worth taking the risk????

It appears that I will have to leave my home state for good. There is very little in the way of job opportunites. I have a pretty good work record and no family tie downs. My current employer has taken away my vacation with out giving any explaination. It appears that only certain individuals are granted the ability to use their vacation thus giving me the idea that I have no future. I have only been sick once in two years of employment and I am a hard worker. I really am beginning to hate Wisconsin. I am going to start preparation for my departure I am not going to take another wage cut so in the mean time I am going to stick it out. I have been staying with my old father because he needs somebody to be there for him if something goes wrong but the bottom line is that my future is in jeapardy. I know that he won't last long if somebody isn't around. I am going to change my program, which means that I am going to push it to the limit. I have been in this situation before.

I know this is not an easy field. Nurses are some of the most overlooked, under appreciated people in medicine. BUT! I have a longing to do it. Can anyone tell me what I have to do to become and RN....what does the training involve.? How long is the schooling? Let me mention...I have a bit of a week stomach (for vomit and saliva), though I think I can over come both. I dont know how I would handle surgery either....

My dream is to do either pediactrics or obstetrics...some type of practice with children or babies. Any info you can give me would be greatly appreciated!!! I am moving to the Fayetteville area of NC in about 2 weeks.
