go to the community section on eBay and find out just how much trouble people have with stuff from china... mention Western Union to them and they will run a mile.. in fact Western Union is such a dodgy method of payment it has been banned on eBay.

If you do go ahead and the company is legit then you should be aware that when the goods reach customs in the UK and they are worth more than £18 then you could be hit with an import tax which could cost you about 50% of the value of the goods.

if it sounds too good to be true is very often is..

Money Gram are not as secure as they make out, and Western Union are just crap, they "lose" money all the time. It once took me three weeks to see the money in my account, by that time the guy on Ebay had told me to p*** off and I still can't get the money out and back into my personal account. Don't use either.

I've never heard of "bankwire" if this is payment direct from one account to another then please be aware that they then have personal information about your bank account. i.e. account number and sort code.

Personally I would offer a payment on delivery or a payment on courier collect confirmation (but this one is difficult to set up)

If its not Paypal, I wouldn't touch it.

I think you need a Chinese person to help you find what you need in China, and I know a website can provide the service , the service is called "Person to Person" http://www.knowhowing.com/persontoperson.htm , through the service you just like engage a "agent" in China to help you to find what you need in China.
