Normally,banks do not ask for birth certificate ,while opening bank accounts,but want more details of the Major or the Guardian or the parent?Is the Parent also NRI?Our banks dont have much brains,so you can open with you as the Major and you can produce your complete address alongwith the proof! Frankly,none of the bank managers would be aware of the answer to your question.

If they are minors , you can open in their name.
