Is everything they say in the commercials true? What's the catch? What name brands do they actually have? Any success stories?

I used to be a member. It's only worthwhile if you are planning to make one-time purchases on a bunch of high-end home furnishings, like if you are building a custom home and want to choose your flooring, light fixtures, applicances, etc, and then buy new drapes, furniture, linens, etc. If you are just looking to save money on consumable items or small items (like lamps, blenders, bicycles, tires, etc.) join Costco or Sams instead.

They make it sound as if you can just go and buy whatever you want, NAH!!!!! Not so fast.....They make offers to you on certain things then if you want it then you have the chance to get it....I first thought that if I just happened to want a couch, go to direct buy and get it...or if i just happen to want a bedroom set, go to direct buy and get it....or if I just happen to want a microwave, go to direct buy and get it, or ........well you get the point, its not like that at all.....
