I left a job a few weeks ago do to a bad situation with a fellow co-worker. I have since had 6 interviews and on each one I was told they want to see other candidates so they can compare and find the best choice. I feel like I am missing something, I don't ask alot of question and maybe I should but I have not had to do this for many years and have no idea what questions I should ask other then the usual one's about the position. Any ideas? I would love the help.

I have just rented a space and would like to terminate it after 1 month. I have placed a 2 month deposit and all admin and miscellaneous fee. However, the landlord mentioned that if i am to terminate the contract, i will still need to pay for the subsequent months till the contract expires. From my contract, it only mention forfeiting of 2 months but the landlord says that they have more rights than what is mentioned in the contract. Can anyone provide me with any legal advice. Has anyone met with the same situation before. Thank you for your help.

And I am looking for ideas/suggustions for getting started. I am not interested in any get-rich-quick schemes or using someone else's lack of knowledge for my gain. I want to do this the right way and am just looking for different points of view on the subject. I live in West Michigan and want to start in this area and then expand my business from there. Any recommended reading materials or classes (free classes only) or anything that you think will help. Thanks!

I know many publishers claim a CTR of 20%, 40% etc. while some are whining with as little as 1% or lower. I would like to know the average CTR. If you have an AdSense enabled site, please show me with examples so I will take inspiration. Thanks a lot!

My current credit score is 671. I have no credit cards and just one loan thats a college loan through the government ($3300) and I don't have to pay that off till I graduate college in 4 years. I have no bad marks on my credit report. If I was to put up my car (used, worth $4500) up for collateral, would I be able to get a $1500 loan from my credit union?
