There is no special method for handing out your business card, but takes these things into mind.

First off, make sure you have your gun in hand already pointed at whomever you are talking to. This will avoid any misunderstandings when you reach for your business card. That can be fatal and get yourself shot real quickly if you do it without warning.

Secondly, keep that gun trained on who you are talking to all the time and keep your eyes peeled for people closing in on you. Start firing quickly if you do, otherwise you will find yourself kidnapped in a heartbeat and held for ransom.

Hand them your business card with your RIGHT hand. Also do EVERYTHING with your RIGHT hand - eating, opening doors, writing, etc. If you show that you are left handed:
(a) at the very least they will be offended
(b) they will drop all your services
(c) they will try to kill you
(d) they will run away from you afraid
(e) everyone will speak about you and avoid you for the rest of your trip - you will not even be able to get a taxi to take you to the airport in the end

Business meetings can be held over lunch or dinner in a good restaurant

Do NOT under ANY circumstances say that you are a VEGETARIAN when offered meat - EAT THE MEAT or risk offending them on a deeply religious level. They will take GREAT offense at the refusal of a meat offering and kill you on the spot - well that is what they are supposed to do, you may get lucky and they will just leave without saying a word with a pained expression on their face.

Greet them with a handshake

Make sure you use their title and surname when talking to them, i.e. "President Bakura"

Make your appointment for 9am if you can - this is the best time for a business meeting and the most respected

Do not rush when meeting with them - expect the "meeting" to last the entire mealtime, and maybe even longer. Take your time talking and chatting when them.

When discussing the deal, make sure they see clearly where they come out ahead, as well as where you come out ahead. They like to think of deals as mutually co-operative.

If you think I was kidding about having the gun on hand, I was not. Either have it, or have hired bodyguards from the US with Uzi's on hand to protect you all the time. Kidnapping US business people and holding them for ransom is a huge source of income for the natives in Africa.
