I am selling beaded jewelry at my very first craft show ever and I may be at the booth by myself if no one else can help me. Any pointers from experienced craft show-ers?? Help! I'm nervous!

Basically, someone is registered to the address and runs up credit card debt and leaves and refuses to pay. Can the bailiffs come in and reposses the howeowners belongings to reclaim? Or do they have to prove that they own them and are not possessions of the person who owes the debt?
I am a bit unclear of the rules surrounding this!

I was renting a house and got the oil tank filled up before the winter rush...but a week later I moved out because I discovered the house had a flea infestation (and many other bug problems...). I was not obligated to leave a re-rent levy but since i felt bad i did leave a cheque to the owner. I also figured that since i was moving out, the owner would pay for the furnace oil since they would obviously be using it and not me. The bill got sent to me...what should i do ?

Wow. They really, REALLY, suck... don't they? Points to the one who can put it better into words than I can. I've had nothing but good experiences with BofA, by the way.

Join the fight! Learn YOUR freedoms! Refuse payment of the income taxes as it is UNCONSTITUTIONAL! Personally I did this research over 8 years ago, have never paid since, and I have never been audited nor taken to jail because when they threatened me I simply asked for proof and when they couldn't comply they realized they never had a case and the case, when lost, would draw the fraud into the spot light. I beg everyone to take the time to watch this video, research aswell my "do you realize your becomeing a robot?" question and join in the fight to win back the freedoms of the american people via 26thofjuly.com Thanks :)

For various reasons I cannot find a job around my home, and since I can't get a car for some time I need a job in the interim. I am living with my parents but they work at odd, and often unreliable times, no job is that flexible for me. I also do not have any friends or relatives willing to offer rides so I am stuck. I have been employed in the past and want to seriously do work online, putting in 40 hours a week like you would working anywhere else. I've looked but can only find schemes and scams, I want to work for an actual company that pays employees online but from my home, hopefully with little requirements. Does anybody know of anything like this?

I really need help!!!
I am addicted to spending. I'm not one of those 'Spendaholics' you see on tv, cos I don't spend anywhere near as much as them, but I am now finding myself short of money.
I have a full time job which pays well, and I am trying to get a weekend job over xmas to help clear some debts, but I could use some advice on how to make extra cash. My evenings are free so I could do something from home, but I can't afford to lay out cash to get started so it has to be something I can just get into. Any suggestions? Serious answers only please.

I've pretty much given up. I've gone through three debt consolidation companies; one told me that they couldn't help me and the other two couldn't offer me a truly affordable monthly payment. I don't want to discharge ALL my bills, but there's no way I can pay them all. I don't make enough money. How do I file?

I am 24, and don't have much money saved yet. I am worried that when I get older, I won't have saved enough money to live off. My college Professor told us that we should have already gotten started saving up money for retirement. I'm very good at budgeting, paying bills on time, and handling money....but I just have not done well as far as my savings go, and don't feel like I have enough saved. Have I waited too late? What can I do to jump start my savings?

I am 22 yrs old, and my MBA is about to be finished in Germany, my problem is that when I go for intreviews to companies, I get selected in the first few rounds but later loose to more experienced candidates. my profile is as follows.

15 months of expirience in CRM for a Global IT and Banking giant.
Company.

BBA in Marketing (unfortunatly I couldn't get selected for any Marketing/sales job?

MBA in Project Management, I have very limited skills in IT systems and cannot apply for Software/Programming based jobs. I have therefore tried in Telecom or in Sales of IT Systems

I do have some International Experience in CV, but I am not well versed in deutsche, I have been recenetly been called for an Intreview by an FMCG giant,& an Energy one too in london. I am not sure as to how to sell myself, the FMCG is calling me for Sales/BD (on my graduate degree) & the Energy Hasn't clarified but I think they are for Procurement and Project Scheduling?
