Wow. They really, REALLY, suck... don't they? Points to the one who can put it better into words than I can. I've had nothing but good experiences with BofA, by the way.

I totally agree. They do suck, and you are definitely not alone.

WaMu recently bought one of my credit card accounts and reissued the card. I had such a horrible experience with the people just getting it activated that I've cut it up and won't use it anymore. Fortunately I don't carry balances so I'm pretty much done with them, other than letting them pay postage to tell me I don't owe anything to them for the next few decades.

I suspect they're going to learn that outsourcing Customer Service to non-english speaking countries is a bad idea, worse than not having a Customer Service department at all.

Have you ever seen their television ads? They are seemingly very anti white male.
