i used to work with this girl same age etc , because she was there longer she was put in charge of me, that girl gave me hell for 2 years , i was doing all my work , while she sat there having *** breaks every half hour but she constantly kept saying i was not doing this and that wrong she put my self esteem down, i had to leave ,

Is it a hard process to sell a peice of land I still owe money on? Im 20 and I hae a 10 yr/loan on it...well the owner financed it at 15% I am about to get out of the Marines and with a normal job back at home the payments of the property will be hurting me a little? Can anyone give me advice?

I had a deal on the table, with a fair estimate, and then all of a suddden after the appraisal came in a little short, they advise that the "managers" have changed their mind and the persentage rate goes up by almost a full point and the term of the fixed 5/25 goes to a 2/28. I think they should have been able to tell everything BEFORE I spend my $325 for the appraisal, which come to think of it I NEED TO SEE FIRSTHAND. Any Opinions??

My company has done custom programming for 25 years. For most of those years I have been trying to develop ways to communicate the benefits of our services.

My initial efforts were very simple: determine the time saved per week then calculate the total time and money saved over a 5 years.

But I have come to realize that things are not that simple. For example, saving an hour a day works fine if the hour is one contiguous hour. However, saving an hour of thirty 2 minute interruptions s at a time over the course of a day can be much more than a one hour’s savings. This example means 30 interruptions a day. The more concentration
required for a job, the greater the impact. In the programming field, it can take several minutes to "get back to where we started" when interrupted. This is not unlike being interrupted while taking a Calculus exam.

I am trying to develop a really comprehensive way to present the benefits of our services and any suggestions are welcome.
