My husband's cousin does this type of business. He cleans individuals offices and commercial buildings. He does quite well at this. There are a lot of cleaning companies out there so expect stiff competition but if you price your service in a reasonable range you should do okay. Turn your company into a niche service by offering to disinfect office equipment. There are really easy ways to do that and you can sell the benefits that you are keeping people from getting sick by disinfection. Simple alcohol on a rag works wonders. When cleaning a keyboard use compressed air in a can. Then use a alcohol cotton Q-tip to use between the keys. Squeeze out excess alcohol. This may take a little longer but you can make up for it by charging extra for the disinfecting service. Or you could offer the disinfection service alone. Computer keyboards carry more germs than a public toilet. Think about it.
