Go to http://www.vistaprint.com. They have some good free designs - you pay only for shipping - and the designs that you pay for are reasonable.

A tip for Vista Print is that if you order the $19.95 upgraded cards and then click cancel at the checkout, they'll send you an email saying you can order them just a few dollars!
I've ordered 2 sets for 2 different businesses and I've only paid $15 including shipping!
