i used to work with this girl same age etc , because she was there longer she was put in charge of me, that girl gave me hell for 2 years , i was doing all my work , while she sat there having *** breaks every half hour but she constantly kept saying i was not doing this and that wrong she put my self esteem down, i had to leave ,

I find some women in the workplace behave in this way to create a pecking order, they feel like they need to prove something and putting others down is a tool they use to create an image in their head that they are powerful business women but basically have a massive chip on their shoulder.
Don't worry though, you are the hard worker and she will get her commupence!!

They are very insecure even though they are the first ones to pick on a fella because of some imagined character problem.

Woman feel the need to put other women down to feel better about insecurities about themselves. You have a right to work in a civilised, comfortable environment. Bullying at work is not acceptable. In future if someone at work is getting you down go to their superior and sort it out. Speak out :)

this girl was jealous of you as well as scared . she new you had it in you to do a far better job than her.so she put on you and put you down so you would not realise you were better . have a good old laugh to yourself. she was and still is the looser

I agree with the jealous and insecurity , they do this to make themselves feel better about something they are lacking within themselves. Hopefully they will grow up someday.

her self esteem is probably lower than yours and her confidence too. which is why she picks on you to make herself feel great. shes probably also jelous of your looks posessions ect...
Or the job position went to her head and she was a total *****.

i dont know why women feel the need to be like this, i'm female and cant stand that type of behaviour, thats probably why most of my friends are male
