my boss always says my name wrong,i am a long time employee of my company and she's NEVER called me by my correct name,when she introduces new staff to me she even says my name wrong this really upsets me and i'm quite tired of her not saying my name correctly...help please !

When I bought the house, I thought a had a good sized back yard. Now, my neighbor is building a fence A FEW FEET from the backside of my house! His survey shows that its his property, so I called the survey company that did my original survey. They came out and re-did my survey. It turns out my neighbor is right! The survey company was wrong by thirty feet--and now I have no back yard! What can I do? Is the survey company responsible? I feel I should be compensated for buying this house under false pretenses.

Hello there i am need of some advice!!!!!

I was employed on the 21st of feb this year and was made redundant last working day the 21st of October; i believe this entitles me to 13.3 days holiday according to the employee law. At the time i left the company owed me two full weeks wages.

During the time i was employed i took 14 days holiday which was 1 day more than i was entitled to and they paid over paid me for 17 hours work that is roughly three days so am i right i saying that i am still owed 6 days wages????

The company are refusing to pay the days that i am owed!!! What can i do?

This is looks completely legitmate, however do not remember entering. :-) The wife signed completed a number of surveys last summer and it is remotely possible that one of those was an entry in this sweepstakes. I have worked this position for two years and when i was hired i had all the qualifications for this position. recently the requirments have changed I was under the impression that once you have been hired for a position if the requirements change this should not affect me only new employees applying for this position. If the requirments change after i was hired can i get demoted for this?
