If allowed, and depending on the job you do have, wear earplugs, or allowed put on headphones and get your work done. I think eventually you will get accustomed to the noises - and if not, and you are unable to block out all of these sounds, then think of talking to your manager, or get another job

k in everyone has a working memory of 7 + or - 2 units of information. so if you can some how work on focusing your central focus on the task at hand the noise should eventually seem non existent
