All you can do is just keep correcting her. When she introduces you by the wrong name, just say "actually, it's (your name), nice to meet you". Maybe the dummy will eventually get it right.

Wear a name tag. If your boss is too deft to read, then move on to another job.
A person's name is the most sought after word to that person.
Correct your boss in a passive way.

Have you ever considered that she might have a hearing problem and that the way she is saying your name is the way she hears it. Unless she is going you something like "jane" when your name is really "mary" use this remark after she has introduced you to new staff "Hi, please call me ____________. I am very pleased to meet you.

Request a one on one with her and politely tell her how you feel. Chances are, she's not doing it on purpose and doesn't know your feelings are hurt. If you don't correct her, it will continue. Good luck.

Put your despair in writing, if this does not resolve the problem then go over her head.
Hope this helps.

I would tell her your real name! Unless you do, she'll keep calling you that which is what you hate so when she calls you that, just kindly say, _____________ (your name.) goodluck
