Would like to go to website sites that can offer quality but reasonably cost business materials, such as business cards, notes and stationary.

If you're going to depend on local customers, join the local chamber of commerce. One of the members will be in that business. It might cost a little more than online ordering or an office supply chain store, but you'll never get a referral from an online store.
