When you are being interviewed by a potential employer and they ask if you have any questions, what are some good things to ask them? What should you avoid asking? Is it good to ask about opportunity for advancement, and/or getting raises, and/or benefits, and/or overtime?

Any more interview do's and don'ts?? Its for my husband who is interviewing this afternoon to be the manager of the tech department of a local office store. Real answers only please; thanks!

We hired a contractor to fix our house and they got someone to do the awning. Well they hung it wrong, which not only looks bad but makes my gutters wrong. Instead of fixing it they say we have to deal with it that they were not going to do it. They also said if we fix it they will only take $200 off of our bill, but it is going to take more then that to hire someone to fix it. Should I talk to a lawyer or are they right when they say there is nothing I can do about it.

I just bought a house this August, what associated expenses and taxes can I deduct? Mortgage fees, closing costs?
Property taxes? Home Improvement $$?
Also, this will be the first time we've itemized, up until now we haven't had a reason to. Can we deduct medical expenses (co-pays, deductibles) and is there a minimum before you can do so? I'd bet we've spent at least $1K this year.

I filed in 2001. I disputed my bankruptcy and a lien with all 3 credit bureaus.
Transunion removed the lien not the bankruptcy
Equifax removed the bankruptcy and not the lien
Experian wouldn't remove neither one.

Now i know once you dispute an item the creditor has 30 days to respond or its removed from your file how can i get the others removed or do I just have to wait it out

If one bureau remove it dont the others have too.

Healthsouth (HLSH)

its at a 52 week low and they just decided to split the stock 1:5
it would be my first stock purchase. theres always a future in healthcare. they just got over a big scandal 2 years ago. Is it bad or good to buy when stocks merge/split like this for every 5 shares you own it will be 1 at 5 x's the price. instead of 4.75 it will go to 23?!?!?

I have investigated the opportunity to a point, however I want to make sure that I have attempted to compile enough information to make a wise decision. How saturated is the market? nd with hard work and determination, how lucrative is the business? what is the staying power? is it more or less recession proof? etc... How would I be able to minimize the risk of investing poorly and losing all of my money, afterall $50000 may not be alot of money however it is alot of money to some. Do health Career agents allow potential owners to speak with any current owner in order to get information on their success or do they pick who you can and cannot communicate with....I would greatly appreciate any and all responses.

Thanks to all who answer.
