My nephew got a DUI and got court supervision. He had to take a class and then got 6 months probation. After the 6 months his record was wiped clean (since he completed the course and didn't get into any trouble while on probation). You need to find out if this will go on your record after your court supervision. If not, you don't have anything to worry about (as long as you are careful and don't drive while drinking). I don't know if a DUI would cause you any trouble getting your degree, it shouldn't. Just to be sure, I'd call the school your planning on attending and ask. Just don't give your name. Good Luck.
