I have a job interview this afternoon for a child care centre. I've never worked around kids before!!! So I'm really, really nervous!!! Any tips and advice or stories on ANYTHING???
(For the interview, working with kids, etc)

I will be renting an apartment for the first time, but I have a question maybe some can help me out... I will be living with my 2 kids boy & girl since I'm temporarily separated the contract is for 1 year, but what will happend if I decide to get back with my husband ??? I think I will have to notify the manager from the apartment or it will be a problem if he decides to move in .. His income will have to be reflected too?? or How does this work?? any help just curious about what to do if this happend ...... :)

my supervisor only works in the week i work weekends only. i never see her she never tells me about any changes or team meeting and sometimes tells other people to tell me or she just don't tell me about them. never talks to me i went in the sign something she took 1 look at me then looked at the floor and walked off. But if i was to do something worng she would be all over me. we are meant to have job chat every year i been there 4 years only ever had 1. She never comes in on a weekend to see how we are. At the weekends there is another supervisor on but there not really to do with me. There is alot of troble between my so called supervisor and my mum also a supervisor there never got on and i don't think there even talking now and when my mum was on hoilday she was going around saying she hated my mum but thats nothing to do with this. what shold i do i can't go HR coz of the thing with my mum. And i have never even seen my boss. what can i do?

my problem is this, I worked so many hours that I was making less than minimum wage. however on my last check the owner said I didn't have enough hours and did not pay me salary and shorted me about 120.00. Is this legal.

We have a signed offer with seller and have done all the paperwork for mortgage loan. appraisal was just done and they say it is a loan requirement to paint the house first or loan can't proceed. Have gone to real estate agent to negotiate with seller for cost of this fix-up.

As we only have one car, so after my husband went to work, I would also like to have something to work at home to generate some income. I've heard that AmeriPlan is a real business, not a scam. My son is 16 years old, my daughter 13 years old. I'm living in an apartment, my car has 120,000 miles on it. The business I own is growing. Should I buy a house,take a mortgage, deduct the interest, and put $25000 down? Should I buy a new car to replace the old one that is dying? Will buying major assets increase or decrease my ability to get loans to pay for their college education?
