I'm at maternity leave now and recieving EI. Is anybody know if I can work? I don't want to be scummwe or get iinto trouble. please serious response please! thanks.

do the honest thing, if you work you should inform EI, because, if they find out they will collect any monies they deemed paid to you under false pretences

You can work. You are supposed to claim the hours you work and they have all these calculations that determine how much you're 'allowed' to make before they deduct your benefits. Or you can always work 'under the table' and the government wouldn't know at all.
