I think I will have to notify the manager from the apartment or it will be a problem if he decides to move in .. His income will have to be reflected too?? or How does this work?? any help just curious about what to do if this happend ...... :)

you can always exit a lease....however you will need to give the landlord....2months notice and there will probably be penalties....if the apartment is not released after you move out....you are responsible for the rent on that property until your contract has expired......your husband possibly moving in will not make a difference just inform your landlord that he will be moving in.....

Are you asking how you could get out of the lease, or if you can add another tenant later? Its not clear.

1) You are stuck with the lease even if you get back together, so you cant just leave haflway thru.

2) if you want to have him move in later, he can do so but you'll have to notify the apartment complex so they can add him as a tenant.

If he is not moving in now, you DO NOT consider his income or put him on the application.

You need to read and understand your rental agreement. Ask about such things before you sign anything. Oh and make sure they put the correct dates on the contract, they've been known to extend the dates and tell you it' s too bad later.
